Terms of Service

Welcome to ShareMyDay. By accessing our platform or making booking reservations, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Platonic Service Agreement

ShareMyDay is a social companion marketplace. All dates must remain strictly platonic, conversational, and social. Any violation—including solicitation, requesting physical intimacy, or suggesting escort-like services—leads to immediate account deletion and a ban from the platform.

2. Direct Billing Coordination & Financial Disclaimer

Payments are arranged and settled directly between the client and the companion (via cash or bank transfers). ShareMyDay does not collect, hold, or process credit card payments or any financial transfers for companion dates. ShareMyDay is completely independent of all financial transactions between users. We assume absolute zero responsibility or liability for any money exchanged, payments made, booking deposits, disputes, losses, or transaction issues. You transact entirely at your own risk.

3. Vetted Listing Requirements

Companions must provide true verified portraits matching their valid Indonesian ID documents (KTP or Passport). Catfishing or using stock photos will result in account ban.

4. Code of Conduct in Public Arenas

All reservations must occur in public venues (coffee shops, fine dining halls, malls, or public event corridors). Meetings in private apartments, hotel suites, or unlisted venues are prohibited.

5. Platform Commission

ShareMyDay operates on a 0% booking commission model. The client compensates the companion directly for 100% of their set hourly rate. ShareMyDay does not collect registration booking deposits or handle payout processing.

6. Limitation of Liability & Connection Platform Role

ShareMyDay acts strictly as an intermediary connectivity database platform connecting independent individuals. We do not employ, control, or manage any companions, nor do we set, verify, or handle their rates. Consequently, ShareMyDay assumes absolute zero liability for any interactions, money transfers, behavior, agreements, damages, or occurrences arising directly or indirectly from utilizing the platform. We are purely connecting people, and all arrangements are done at the users' own discretion and risk.

7. Legal Governance

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta.
