1. Information Collection
We collect personal data to enable secure, vetted companion booking. This includes information you provide directly during registration, profile adjustment, or applications.
2. Personal Data & Identity Verification
To maintain zero-tolerance safety codes of conduct, we require identity checks.
- Clients: We collect full name, email, billing coordinates, and messaging histories.
- Companions: We require government ID card scans (KTP/Passport) and selfie-verification photos for manual review to ensure visual listing matches. These KYC records are stored encrypted and are never visible to other users.
3. Payment Information
ShareMyDay does not collect, process, or store payment information, credit card details, or banking credentials. Financial transactions are settled directly between clients and companions via cash or direct bank transfer, and are subject to their private coordination.
4. Cookies & Web Tracking
We use functional cookies to maintain secure sessions, remember dashboard preferences, and analyze generic visitor search behaviors. You can disable cookies in browser options, though some dashboard parts may malfunction.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for all server payloads. Databases are restricted to authorized trust administrators only.
6. Account Deletion & User Rights
You have the right to inspect, edit, or delete your account records at any time. Account deletion requests can be triggered inside your dashboard settings. Upon deletion, public profiles are instantly hidden, and personal ID cards are wiped from active archives within 30 days.
